How do you determine a strategic business location?

Today many young people choose to build their own business rather than working in an office or company. Whatever their reason for opening a business, they need to pay attention to the location of the business. Choosing a business location is not easy, you have to consider many factors, because a strategic business location will determine the smooth running of your business.
In practice, we need days to find the right location to open a business, not only paying attention to the rental price of the shop, but more importantly paying attention to the location. So basically we need a method or strategy to choose the right business location.

Depends on business you want run. If you want gas station you must near traffic and be easy accessible for cars. If you want fast food you must nearby people like main street.

That depends on the nature of your business. If you are selling daily necessities, the location must be in the main street with lots of people passing by. If you are doing hi-tech business, the location of your business can be in a more remote area such as Science Park.

This is something that I would have also said as well because the nature of your business is what is going to determine if a particular location is going to be strategic to that kind of business.

To determine the best location for your business, you have to know who your target market are and where you can find them. Then you choose your location to be a place that is easily accessible to this target market.

To be able to choose the right location for your business, you need to first know your target audience, once you are able to know your target audience, it would help you find out the right location to find them.
