Am a very calm person and have total control over my attitude. People hardly makes me feel bad or hurt! Am a natural born happy person and i don't allow people to infest me with their emotions. No person can make me lose my cool.

I think in our parts things like that happen a lot
Since I work from home, I do not have to deal with conflict with my coworkers. Working with toxic people does not pose any problems for my mental health or well-being.
No, never involved in fighting with co-workers. It is not necessary. If we have disagreements, just express our point of view. Fighting won't help to solve the problem.
