How Do Small Businesses Dispose their Waste, especially Toxic Material?

If you have a business, especially in manufacturing, you will definitely have some wastes which can be toxic to the environment. It's sad that here in Nigeria, there is no proper means of disposing such wastes and large communities are affected.

Do you believe it's the responsibility of government or private individuals to control the disposal of waste in their business?

In my location, the business has to be responsible to get rid of toxic materials from the manufacturing process. The toxic materials have to be transported to areas designated by the government.
