There are many companies that are selling frozen food now in India too and I have tried snacks, Cheese fingers and they were good.

I tend to avoid frozen foods due to their quite expensive price and the fact that they contain preservatives. They are not good for our health.

I don't mind frozen food. I buy frozen salmon and then baked it. It's delicious. I sometimes also buy frozen drumsticks and pork chops. They can be kept for a long time in the freezer.
