In the day, we use fans but in the evening AC, it is so hot here, but when there is rain, we use fan.

Its good for those that like to sit or sleep in open because with AC we need to close the windows and doors

Yes of course , we have to close the windes and the door to let the AC cool to the max.

That's why some people prefer cooler as hen then they don't need to close the room

Cooler is not that commonly used in my city. Most people have air conditioner and fans. I mostly use electric fan unless the weather is really hot.

And during humid weather it doesn't cool but create more humidity and cause sweating.
