High blood pressure is deadly sickness. One of my friend suffered from the sickness and I was shocked beyond words that my friend can't remember anything even my name! He even forgot his phone password. Have you suffered from this terrible sickness?

When I was bitten by a dog 10 years ago my blood pressure was triggered. I had 7 bites. One bite very deep. I experienced temporary paralysis of my left leg. I got 7 injections anti rabies and 7 injections anti tetanus . I was okay after 2 weeks. We sued the dog owner and court ordered to pay moral damages $ 4 000 USD.

That is great! I also do the same thing. I was diagnosed to have a borderline hypertension. It needs to modify my current lifestyle and lose weight. I am doing the perfect combination of intermittent fasting and cardiovascular exercise.
