I have observed that some people are naturally smart than others. Even some people who have no formal education are smarter than most educated people. What do you think that makes someone smart?

I think it's in the genes. I know some are less educated but they are more smarter than me
Agree with you, there are so many smart people less education but became rich. They're smart in business.
Yes most rich are under graduates
Agree, there is a billionaire in my city and he finished only Grade 3. He has 20 mansions, gosh but had 50 mistresses.
I agree that there is not a close relationship between education ang being smart. Some people are naturally smart. But having a lot of exposure, hanging out with smart people may also make you get smarter.
A person is smart when he or she is able to make good judgement per time on issues.
The ability to find subtle ways to go pass a complex situation is what would qualify a person to be regarded as smart.
