I do not consider myself a moody person. I am pretty rational in most situations. That said, I may also feel low or have mood swings once in a while.

You're very good at keeping your bad mood to avoid negative feedback from people. They're also aware of your mood. When I'm not in the mood I hide myself.

If I do not have money, and lack sleep, I feel weak and that is my mood feeling sad and weak but not mood harsh or rude.They should be aware.
