I typically watch movies or TV series with subtitles because they help me understand the content better. This is especially useful when I encounter slang words that I find challenging to understand.

Yes if it has a subtitle, it makes it a lot easier to understand, cause there are some times where they might not be audible.

I like subtitles only when I do not understand language, I do not want subtitles on the shows made in the languages that I can understand

It is unlikely for me to watch TV programs that are not using my native tongue. So, it is not a problem for me.
