Indeed, rumors harm clients' or customers' relations. It will have a negative effect between the business and the customers. One factor that leads to this problem is customers are exposed to dissatisfaction with the business making their interest negative. Rumors will spread like wildfire and are unstoppable if the dissatisfaction will be not be corrected. Bad rumors do not only harm big businesses but likewise small businesses. The customers will feel bad and turn away.

Rumors create a bad image to the business likewise to a person the victim of the rumor. I think, in my country, there is a law to jail someone spreading bad rumors. It is a moral defamation and how much more to a business?

People who are not busy like rumors and once they spread them, it is either added or deducted. They are nuts and they must not be tolerated in the business center. they play havoc on business.

That is true, people who hear te rumors belive right away, they are one-sided. It must be corrected nd the one spreading the rumors nut be investigated and fired. That worker will continue doing the same.

you are righat and most of the times such things are done by haters and competitors who can not practice the art of letting others grow as well but they always exhinit hatred and manipulation to take unfair advantage of others actually

It's indeed disheartening if there's a rumor being fabricated by losers and haters of s business. They play havoc to the business and its interest. The employees will also be affected and carry the burden.

That is why it is important for business a to have a strong online presence on apps like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and even YouTube. With their online presence they would be able to communicate information faster to their customers before the rumor gets out of hand.

If you react badly to negative Google reviews and comments, even if they are unfounded and false as rumors, people will consider you a frivolous employer. You must never lose your temper because your clients will lose you so easily.

Rumors spread like a wild flower. It must be avoided, so instead of spreading rumors, workers must spread instead their satisfactory services to customers. The customers won't hesitate to spread the good news of the business satisfactory services. The customers will multiply.

This is actually true though. As at last year we had some customers who stopped coming to our office simply because they heard some rumors that are not true. Before accepting any news or information, make sure you are hundred percent sure of the source.

Lolz its funny how bad news tend to fly faster than the good ones. Whenever there is an issue just quickly address it before others start spreading wrong information. Then again in the end does who really know who you are would know what to believe.

Some people believe in rumors as true notwithstanding the truth. They should ask the business owner how true the rumor is before judging the business as bad. Negative feedback may spread like a wild fire on the web.
