They are also called white channe or chole and tastes so good but a little on high side and I try to have these once a week or once in two weeks.

Yes, I love to eat chicken peas. They have many health benefits. Chickpeas are rich in proteins, fiber, folate, iron and manganese. Other than chicken peas, I also like kidney beans.

I love them and usually add them to some local dishes in my country. The good thing is, I do not have high uric acid. It is not for those people who arthritic conditions.
