I only drink beer occasionally when I have BBQ or hot pot. I prefer drinking red wine when I have western food or have sake paired with Japanese food.

I enjoy drinking beer occasionally. But after being diabetic, I have reduced my alcohol consumption. I have seen people who consume a bottle of beer daily, they say it keeps them fit.

I used to drink alcohol, but I suddenly stopped. I have not drunk alcohol for more than a decade now. It is by choice to do so.
