I actually prefer Microsoft Excel because it is very easy to use unlike other ones for me but some people may even prefer other ones
It depends on the one we love

There are many accountings software out there. Some companies use their own tailor-made software. But I prefer to use Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet. It is not expensive and is easy to learn and use.

I do not own a business but yes it is better to use excel spreadsheet as it can be easily saved for a long long time and we can check when we want

definitely, the advantages of Microsoft Excel spread sheet can not be over emphasied. the benefits are enourmous;
from calculations to retrieving, from arranging to sourcing, from learning to being an expert.

Till 2010, I was using excel spreadsheet extensively for accounting. However, hackers stole all the spreadsheet data and falsely claimed that my savings belonged to their girlfriends, relatives who then got intelligence jobs for faking their resume, investment while I am making great losses due to resume robbery.

I use it for some bigger calculations like for betting system. I did some analysis and relations betweeen odds and scored goals. MS Excel is great for such things. It would be to slow do math for 300+ rows.
