Same I usually do it too.
I usually drink a glass of lukewarm water when I get up in the morning. If the weather is really cold, I may drink hot water.
I don't think I can just drink plain hot water. it is hot tea for me maybe with less sugar and milk
I enjoy drinking warm or hot water at any time of the day. My preferred beverage, however, is hot tea rather than hot water.
May be I will have it if I need it for better bowel movement but not on a daily basis
I don't drink cold water in the morning. I prefer hot milk with bread sticks or moist choco.
That's really nice since it's hot, but you can also add some warn water first before drinking this. It will help the body a lot.
I let the water cool off after some minutes and there are also times I add cold water to a very hot water
That's pretty good, i have a bad habit of not drinking water in the morning after waking up. I am going to change this though.
Start drinking water as soon as you wake up in the morning. Add cool water to your boiling drinking water.
I only drink hot water when I have catarrh and sore throat. They help me to unclog my throat.
