Do you have an exact target to drink water in a day?
The required number of glasses of water for a human body is 8 glasses a day, but frankly, I cannot consume 8 glasses a day. I could drink up to 5 glasses only.
I drink a lot of water, but do not have a target. When I get up, the first thing I do is to drink a glass of lukewarm water. I think I drink 7-8 glasses water daily.
Yes I have a target, but to be honest majority of the times I don't keep up with the target. It's either I don't drink up to, or I drink more than the target.
