Taking strolls in the garden I have been able to collect these in the course of the past few days These flowers have health properties. They can also be used to colour food naturally. Tea made from these flowers can be had just by soaking them in boiling water. Just two flowers are enough to produce a lovely blue

I don't have a garden at the moment. However, I have a small garden to grow vegetables behind the house. Oh yes, about the flowers here we also usually make tea or natural dyes, we usually call them "Telang" flowers.

The Telang flower is the exact same flower as the one you posted above. We usually call it that here. Flowers with many benefits. That's good flower and beautiful.

Sorry, I'm not sure, I'm not used to drinking it, because we rarely find Telang flowers. The flower exists in our country, but it is in a place far from my area. It's in another province. My friends there usually uses it for tea and natural dyes.

Oh, we have this in our backyard too. Sometimes we put it on top of our rice before cooking it, and once it is cooked, our rice turns blue. I also like drinking its tea, and I mixed it with some honey and, of course, some ice.
