Lack of investment ideas & no proper guidance about investment are the reasons for people not trying to in invest thier hard earned money.
They don't want lose first , instead getting profit out of that.
Blindly they just belive Post Office Schemes..as it is trusted traditionally.
In some areas innocent public lose their money by the fradulants & scammers .
I don't think making investment require special skills. But you have to do research and understand the risks involved. You may also get professional help such as investor experts, bank relationship manager to provide advice.
