Operating a business must be made legal. There are business permits to comply that would match with tax payables. No one can escape the law. It is also important to note that ignorance of the law excuses no one. Lawsuits, fines, or penalties can impose significant financial strain on a business often resulting in losses especially if it becomes unmanageable due to penalties because of not following the laws intended for businesses. Failure to adapt to legalities by industry or business can cause disruptions that may lead to financial distress. It is better to abide the laws.

In some countries well paid government employees are often harassing and criminally defaming small online business owners, to cheat, exploit and rob them causing great losses , due to which the online business owner makes less than maidservant or a loss.

It is not only operating in a legal way and in a peaceful way but our reputation is at stake. We need to protect our dignity so people will not despise us and continue sympathizing with our business. Those who operate a business illegally may land in jail.
In my country its very hard to get profitable only working business with strict legal way and the right way, you need to make at list a small amount of some business behind the rules and legal terms, and every and each investors do that.
