Forgery is unlawful and whoever is caught will be investigated and if found guilty will serve the offense committed.Forgery may occur if the real owner doesn't have knowledge about an ongoing transaction having his name part of it or having knowledge but not yet deciding about the terms and conditions and then so suddenly the first party knows his signature imitate it and use it to affix on his name. This is a grave offense that must not be tolerated but punished.

Meaning, they're forging the signatures of the real owners of the resumes? How could that happen when there is an actual interview and the ID will be required to show. That is cheating in a broad daylight. The real owner is a pitiful victim.
They are not forging the signature, the intelligence employees are hired mainly on the basis of references , and greedy government employees help each other while cheating exploiting and robbing vulnerable citizens, especially hardworking older single women.

This is an unlawful act that if caught one should be punished. These days it is becoming very popular for most big men to forge Various documents to start up a business, some even forge their school certificates to be able to secure a particular position.

Forgery is a serious crime and whoever is caught will be penalized. Those criminals doing this want to steal property or sell something they do not own. In fact, I was a victim of this, my housing unit was forged and someone lived there without my consent and knowledge. But the culprits were jailed and paid the damages.
