Yeah, we all started a website without the skill of how to develop it. We only rely on the instructions provided to us by a website builder. At first, it may not be excellent but later it boomed.

Many publishers with a limited budget are running their websites without a developer. They can easily install the software and updating the content is the main work for the website owner.

For me l think it depends on the website in question. Some websites are very simple and so easy to run that the beginners can operate while others are very complicated to run without the developer.

If you need a domain for your website, that is another story. I have a website but no domain, dunno if my website looks lovely or ugly. I am still writing my personal blogs to store them on my website.

you can if you do a proper reasearch on how to create a site also you need to choose a user friendly platfrom you can work on I saw that there are very in depth tutorials on youtube where you can create a site even if you never did that
