How well do you know your customers? Besides banks it is pretty rare to see most companies who know their customers to the point of knowing their birth date and so on. To be honest i do not really know much of my customers but i am planning on changing that though cause i have come to see that knowing your customers do have some benefits.

There are customers that you need to know personal details about and they are some that it is not necessary to know them too deeply. You wouid of course know a customer that has been patronizing you for yeras to his or her residence and life activities.
