If you are having high level of customers dissatisfaction in your business then they are things you are not doing right it is always good to find this out as early as possible to avoid you losing massive customers. Remember that the market is a competitive space so you need to tighten all loose corners to keep your customers.

In some cases, there are fake customers who complain only to ruin the reputation of the business, so that powerful people can cheat, exploit, rob the business owner for the rest of his or her life. These fake customers have no interaction with the business yet complain only for defamation.

Well, some customers can't just be satisfied such customers should be ignored if you know they are trying to manipulate and funny. But I doubt a lot of customers would want to do this.

When major reason and cause of customers dissatisfaction is due to business owners giving out promises they cannot fulfill. These days most business owners tend to lie about what they can do just so the customers would come to them, online for them not to be able to perform in the end.

I agree with you , a lot of business owners are just fraudulent. They give out promises they cannot fulfill. which is very bad It is better to just lure customers without the promise and fail.

Some companies take money from their customers, and tell everyone including the government that their friends who do not pay money are making the payment , while criminally defaming their customers to ruin their reputation. This leads to resentment.
