Growing up as an entrepreneur, we have been told that customers are king and should be given special treatments to retain them.

One of our major goals in business has been to retain every customer that happens to patronize us.

Is It practically possible to retain every customer in your business? Are there customers that should he let go? If they are, which kind of customers are those?

Some companies and businesses do not want to deal with customers who have powerful enemies. These enemies are harassing everyone who is dealing with the person who they hate, often causing business losses.

Sure, there' are some type of customer you should try to let go These are toxic customers which include people with troublesome personality, ones who are always asking for credit and those that don't pay debt.

Meanwhile, I let go of customers who had bad attitudes that disrupted the smooth running of the company's operations. I have certain standards for when I should keep a customer and when I should let them go or even block a customer.

For me l think that the customers that have the tendency of taking credit from the business and never pay back their debts are the type of customers that the business can let them go for the sake of good wellbeing for the business

One kind of customer that I think should be let go are those customers that don't have understanding even when you approach them in a civil manner. I would just mark you X and tell you not to patronize me any longer.

Well, we also need to have in mind that there is no way you won't sell to people on credit. The only thing is that you should make sure you don't sell too many goods on credit so you don't get affected

I believe that you should let go any customer that always complain of bonus and ask for gift often it's going to affect your business if you do this often

Customers are respected and they should get especial attention and respect, and in my country there is a saying "customers are always right" but in some conditions we should let some bad customers go, because they are bad to the business, customers like who spread bad news about our products and customers who don't respect our rules.
