Weak leadership in business

If you are a business owner and has a weak leadership, most likely, you will suffer losses because people in your workplace will abuse you. They may not work hard, they may be so relaxed in the workplace because the business owner is always not around or not doing anything to see the workers idling by. Being a weak leader encourages workers and customers to abuse. This kind of leadership would sooner or later turn his business to failure. To correct everything, the owner must change his approach, he must show the workers his capacity as the owner, Give them what they deserve by firing them all, and replacing them with new ones who are active and help promote the business to a more profitable one.

When a business leader is weak, it would lead to the staff being insolent and behaving out of control. A business leader has to be firm and able to take strong decisions even if it means to fire someone. Weak business leaders are easily trampled upon by employees and other stakeholders which hurts the business.
