By cross border businesses, we mean businesses that have expanded to have an operational base outside the country it was founded.

A business that has gone outside the country was probably registered in it's home country. Does it need to be registered again in the country that it has expanded to? Or it's home country registration is enough?

Though i don't really know much about this, but i think having your business registered in the countries you operate on would be best and the most safest for your business.

Even if you have been registered in your country, a multinational would still have to be registered in the country it wants to domesticate it's business operations. That is because business climes are different from one country to another and regulatory requirements are also different between countries.

Yeah i think if the business is cross border and if it is also running in another country and our country then we need approval and license to run those business in those countries,

For me this is the very first time that l am hearing about that kind of the business. So the cross border business l think that they should be registered by the consolidation for both of the countries.

If you are exporting to another country, you do not need to register your business in the country where you export, the company that is buying from you needs to be registered.
