I believe most of us here are into one form of business or the other, some of us even own our personal business. There are times where things might not be going as planned or even times where they wont be any sales and you would feel like closing the business. What stops you quiting?

Running a business is the only way to uplift ourselves from poverty. Not all people have business. A huge amount of money is required in operating a business. And if you are no longer happy with your business, sell it.

That's true, one of my biggest motivation as to why i keep pushing and doing my best even during the days where things are frustrating is simply because of why i started in the first place. Because i want to be financially independent, i want to be able to take care of my family. These reasons are my drive.

People run a business or businesses because of money is the only way to make money to avoid poverty or remaining poor. Not all people have business. You need a business for financial support

I have invested a large amount of money in domains, and till I sell the domains, I cannot close the business since the domain renewals are very expensive costing thousands of dollars every year.

@eldavis , yes, we all aspire to become financially independent, especially during old age when health declines and income is not much more than how it used to be when we were young.

Business will still be in progress for the mere fact that people would still need money. People need profit to be able to invest else where. So business would be the answer.
