How can a business owner know if a customer is satisfied or not when they don't comment?

Customers feedback helps a business person to know if a customer is satisfied or not. But all customers are different. There are some customers who won't comment or talk about their experience with your products or services.

How then does a business person assess if these set of customers are okay with the product or not? How is customer satisfaction be ascertained in customers who are introverts like that?

I think in such a case you can simply ask them. I have come across some clients that dont say anything. I always ask them myself to give an honest review about what they think about it.

For the experienced businessmen knowing whether their customers are satisfied or not is quite an easy thing for them to know. For instance if the customers don't come back to the business again you can easily know that.

When a customer is consistent with buying from you , you would know they find your products snd services satisfying. So it is good to sometimes monitor the person buying from you to note this.

This would suffice. Emphasis on honest reviews. You can call the customer later on if you have the contact to find out how they perceive your services. A school I once worked for used to pay customer visits to ask their perceptions about the offerings of the school.

Having a social media presence can also help your customers express themselves more freely.

Yeah customer feedback is mandatory thing for a business owners in order to run the business the right way, but if the customers are not giving any suggestions and don't want to talk about we can know the customers are satisfied when they come for the product again and again, that means they are satisfied.

Nothing beats looking at the customers feedback. it is one thing that one should take advantage of as an entrepreneur. With feedbacks you can adjust the quality of the customer service for the business
