Is the vet business lucrative in your area?

As we all know, doctors who specialize in treating animals are called veterinary doctors. Over here there are lots of people who owns pet but majority of them do not take care of them the proper way, you see a lot of these pets roaming around the streets eating trash like they are homeless, these are lead me to think that the occupation as a veterinary doctor is not that lucrative. In my area there are just two vet clinics and i have not really seen them in action. How are things in your area?

ln my country the vets are normal very minimal in numbers. Most people are interested in pursuing the human health courses leaving aside the animal health abandoned and therefore less competitive.

In my country it is not that profitable business and for that matter most of animal hospitals are owned by the country governments and vet graduates work on those government sectors, and if they don't wont fork for the government hospitals they sell drugs for the animals and framings.
