Yes business should do better with delivery to avoid having unhappy customers, having users writing negative reviews, and even loss of customers in the future business. The truth is that felayed shipment is bad for business
That is why I don't receive sudden orders. Those kind of orders that a customer would place order now and expect delivery in three hours. I always tell my customers to allow up to 6 hours for delivery to be processed. With that, every bottlenecks would have been cleared.
When we run a business that is depend on a delivery the biggest problem we face is not delivering the order goods in time on the exact place, and this problem is also common on those big business stores and if they can't avoid it they give some sorry gifts and store coupons for their customers in order to show them how sorry they are.
