I'm wondering if workers are provided with two free snacks morning and afternoon and lunch. Let us speculate their hunger and if they're hungry, they cannot function properly. Their concentration is to satisfy their hunger. In my place, I saw big stores providing free snacks to workers but not free for lunch. The workers bring their own provisions. Do you think giving free lunch to workers is necessary?

A good workplace does give out free lunch to it's workers though. But I have never been lucky to work in a place where I am given even one free meal in one week. It would be such a morale booster to have lunch at work.

It is seldom heard of a company giving free lunches to its workers. How nice if there is to boost the morale of the workers. But it is also understandable if it is not happening because of the number of mouths to be fed.

Over here its pretty rare to see companies offer free snacks or anything on a daily basis except maybe in restaurants or eateries. There where times my boss usually buy us snacks but it was mostly when he is in a good mode 
In my country most of organizations and work places don't provide any kinds of food for their employees, they don't give any food and will not pay for food accommodations, but there will be a restaurants in the office areas owned by the organization, they let their employees eat with less price.

No employers offer free lunches for their employees considering the numerous mouths they will feed. It costs a huge amount in a month alone. But malls and stores here offer free snacks morning and afternoon for all the workers.

That was very impressive you had free lunches and snacks in your previous company. The company owner is humane. That might be a very big company.
Yeah most jobs don't offer any meal and it is not that common, but i think restaurants and hotels provide food for their workers and that is because they have food, and also sugar, pasta, other food complex companies give their workers some amount of their product each month for free.
Lol yes it's very rare to see a company who does this from where we are form. Unless does big companies and even at that, not all of them would do this. Most employees usually carry their own food to the office.

It's costly. It requires huge amount to feed many mouths in an office. Two snacks for the employees will be better than none to satisfy their starving hours.
You are right feeding the employees will be very expensive and it need a lots of money per person to fee them, and if the organization have many workers then it is impossible, but like you said giving them some snack will be better.
