I have a friend who wants to start a small business for her self. The business is the sales of polo shirts for both guys and girls. How lucrative do you think this business would be? She does not have a physical store at the moment so she mostly do things through social media.

This business is very lucrative if he is in urban area I will suggest that he start contacting people at first and let them know that he will start the business it's through this people will get to know that he is operating the business and turn up to patronize it,you also need to take the business online when it is fully launch
It will give her good result, if she work hard in it. She need to gives it's regular advertisement as well as do something which others are not doing. She is saving her rent and electricity cost so she can easily sell it in lower price.

Yes the business setup is in an Urban place. From what i know she is not setting up a store yet. For now she simply post them on her social media then once payment is made she delivers them.
