Should i remind my customers?

There are times where some customers would promise to purchase a product or a service on a particular day, most times some do show up as promised, then in a situation where i don't hear from the customer on the promised date, can i remind them or would this been seen as disturbance?

I don't think it is a bad idea to remind them. There's nothing wrong with that but it shouldn't be incessantly done to avoid it turning into a disturbance for the customer.

Reminding you customers is very mandatory thing to do, in the developed countries they call for their customers and remind them to purchase their products, even they offer discounts and also the remind them every month in order to get them.

There is a way you subtly remind him or her. You don't go like, "you said you would buy today". Just drop the pictures of the products to the customer on social media with the caption "Still in stock" and wait for a response.
