Why do most business not succeed at all?

I have come across some businesses that just do not succeed. They rise suddenly and the same way they just vanish, what do you think could be the reason, lack of proper management? Or would you say they had to good planning and structures for the business. What's your point of view on this?

Most businesses shut down because they do not get sufficient orders or cannot find suitable staff. In many cases the business owner is working for very long hours for very less money, so it is better to get a job.
