As a business owner or entrepreneur, what should we focus on more? Should we focus more or the satisfaction of our customers or in getting profit. Personally i think paying more attention on giving customer's satisfaction is a sure way of gaining more profit. The more they are satisfied, the more they would want to return.

Profitability follows value. When a customer has found value in your products, they are willing to pay for it everytime they need that product. Focus and build value so your customers are satisfied, and profits would naturally follow.
The business owner should review the strengths and weaknesses of the business to decide on what he should focus on. If the business is not getting orders, marketing has to be improved, in other cases, there may be staff problems.
