The use of flyers and handbills is a great way to reach out to more persons online. Then you could also use a mobile car. These days most ot these companies usually customized their cars so that it would carry pictures and writeups about what they are advertising. Some even go as far as adding outdoor speakers that keeps talking about the product.

Over here people still make use of these traditional methods a lot. And it seems in most cases it is even more effective than when they make use of social media and other methods. Though your target audience still plays a role.
