In the world there are some who have good mind set and open for business ideas and there are some who have a lots of moneys, and back in the days people share those two main things to start a business one provide a business idea and runs the business with his knowledge and wisdom and the other one provides a money used for investment and running the financial parts, and on the final they both share equal profit and money.
do you agree on this kinds of business running?

Yes there are so many cases like this out there. Once has the idea, the other has the funds and resources to carry out the idea. So both has to come together. Its not a bad combination though as long as both are in agreement.

Yeah there will be no problem running this kinds of business as long as they agree on some terms and conditions, and as long as they trust each other, because investment needs a big trust and signed agreements.

I think this is what equity funding is all about. One thing about this kind of business is the need for open communication among the two parties about their expectations from each other and properly documenting it.
