When it comes to owning a business and running a successful and profitable business every owner of a business needs to have a good and hard working employees and every owners want a skilled, dedicated and polite worker that who respects his or her work and who respects this boss and employer..
so if you were the owner of any business would you hire an employee just like you?

Maybe but it really depends on the position and things like that personally I'm not really good because I do not work at bussness field but maybe I can be useful

For me l would never hire myself in any way. I generally work for money that can sustain my family l. What l can do is appreciation of my body by enjoying the favourite meals and refreshments with my family.

Yeah there are some jobs that we are good at it and choosing our self to work for us shows how dedicated and how hard working we are at the jobs we are working right now.

When hiring I prefer to hire someone who is more like me rather than a person who is completely opposite to me. When you hire your self, it will be easier to run the business.
