If the customer is not engage in business then the business will show time being growth. And soon it will starts moving down. Let's suppose a customer visit a shop to purchase a refrigerator and salesman just tell him what he ask then he may not impress. On the other hand if salesman tell him to open the door and see internal size and other things then customer will better engage and he will definitely purchase it.
