Business registration is extremely important, it not only help secures your business name, but there are also certain privilege it gives and well, such as your business being protected by the law legally. I am hoping to get my business registered next year. When do you plan on registering your business, or has your business already been registered?

In the past, when I was running offline businesses, I registered those businesses before starting. These days I am running a couple of online businesses and my businesses are not registered businesses.

Of course yes l had registered my business immediately when l started it. However the business didn't do well and it all collapsed within its first two years of operation.

I will not register my business until I earn over 2000 euros per year neto. Minimum cost of having business in my country is around 600 euros per year. So everything below that amount is losing money.

So sorry to hear that, would you ever think of going Into the business again later in the future or you no longer have any plans to give it a try again? What was the reason for the collapse before?

How easy you can close your business? In Croatia this is very painful process and it last for several years. Most people decide put business on ice and freeze all functions than close it.

In my country one needs to pay fines and higher amounts than the actual amount of money that they are needed to pay.

Business registration is important as it will help secures the business name, as no one can use it. Then your business will be protected by the law legally. So get to your business registered

In my country the government allows one to register the business and get the licensing together with the approvals before one starts the businesses of their choice for the truth of the matter.
