As the Mall with supermarket and other shops is very near to where I live, I usually do groceries shopping two to three times a week. I don't need to buy a lot of things every time.

I went grocery shopping the other day and got some food, toiletries, and treats for my dogs. I find grocery shopping to be quite calming and it helps me de-stress.
