Most people tend to assume the moment you have years of experience backing you up in a specific business it means you have become a complete professional so no need to be cautious or worried about making certain decision. Personally i think the more experience you get the more you should be careful when it comes to making decisions.

For me let me say this, business is something that changes with time and it's very dynamic. This means that the decision that you made last year and the business thrived it may not fit today. So we must be very cautious indeed.

Very true, due to this the learning process never ends. Day by day people are thinking of new ways to achieve better goals. So the best thing is to have an open mind and keep learning.
I have been in my line of business for three years now but I still talk to people and seek opinions when I want to take up a project in my business.
