Books today seems outdated, with the invention of ebooks in different files such as PDF, EPUB and the likes, most people tend to go for ebooks instead. There are some old books today that cannot be found as ebooks, you could start up a business selling these books to libraries or even museums. You could even make money selling your old books at home as well.

I too have a feeling that the business of selling old books can be more lucrative and profitable in most parts of the world because most people have reverted to reading books online leaving a large offline market audience for the same.
There are many physical books that have been revalued today, many are sought after by collectors also who could pay a good amount for them, so I don't think that books will ever go out of style, in fact, I prefer a physical book to a digital one, and like me, there are many people who prefer them that way.
I used to read a lot of books those which are now available in the form of ebook now I am very comfortable to read it in no price, so I will sell all my books in bookstore, but here reality is different as they will give very little money for it.

There was a seminar I usually attend, back then they usually gives bags of books to their members but recently they no longer do that. What they do now is give out flash drives. These drives contains more than hundred books.
For me l would prefer reading the hard copies of books. So the fact that someone gives me the flash disks containing books doesn't help me at all. The technology to that level really leaves me behind.

yea not everyone likes it though, for me I usually prefer the flash drive when traveling, cause I won't have to carry much loads and it would be easy to move around with.
I suppose selling old books could be a great idea. You could potentially sell them to students who need them or even approach libraries as a potential buyer. I must admit, I do not have any experience with it.
