Do you believe in the power of motivation? Have you experienced this being motivated and what are the factors that lead you motivated? Keep them going. What is motivation for in business and how could this possibly be acted by the business owner in such a way the employees could have a holding power to get going? Well, motivation increases productivity per se. Motivators like promotions create a drive for employees to work to the best of their capabilities. As such, motivation in an organization will lead to an increase in the productivity of an employee, who will contribute more compared to a disheartened employee. Motivation includes an increase in the employees ' salary, promotion of some qualified candidates, and or giving incentives to those whose attendance is perfect and on time.
