There are many free templates except Europass but you can make yours. What would you write in fields required but yout client don't have informations about it. Like requrired language knowledge but client don't have any confirmation or he don't know his level.

It does happen, there are people who pay others to help them write their resume for them. These people are so good and have lots of experience in this field that they always come out with eye watering resumes. I have seen a lot of people do this gig here in my country.

This is a nice one also. Over here there are some agencies that would help you write your resume and also help you secure a job but the moment you get the job and you get paid, you would give them an agreed percentage from your first salary or first three salaries.
