Decide on your business structure

Choosing a business structure isn’t a decision that should be made lightly. How you structure your business will affect the tax you owe, your daily operations, and the personal risk you assume, and may have other legal implications down the road. If it is a small business, decide if you can manage it alone, also check the availability of your funding. Another, if your business needs a partner, check first the attitude of the person you want to partner with you and if sense that it is not necessary, then do it solo. You can hire a relative or a family member to partner with you. Further, sole proprietorship is the most common business structure for solo entrepreneurs. In this business structure, the company and the owner are considered the same. Therefore, if the business fails, the owner is personally responsible for all business debts.

For me the business structure, sounds the heart of the business for that matter. In most cases the structure of the business defines the business and places to its ready market on the society.

A business structure means what to do in your business, will you operate as a sole proprietor or have a business partner? If a sole proprietor, know the pros and cons so also in a partnership business.

I think that business structure also involves a proper system upon which your business is based. This involves employees and other factors that are creating a proper system that may enable you to create a perfect system. Apart from that, business structure also involves other factors like pay structure, employee benefits, etc.

I think each business operator can design their business structures apart from those mentioned in the post. What you are citing is feasible to be a business structure. It is best to design many based on the business profile.
