Exit strategy for drop shippers

Though drop shipping still remains lucrative till date, not everyone who goes into it has been able to make it. While there are others who succeeded only for a short period of time. An exit strategy for drop shipping is affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing and drop shipping are actually very similar so it would be easy to understand.

Dropshipping means you sell form your store, affiliate marketing means you send people to someone else's store to buy products, These are entirely different concepts and exit strategy for dropshipping is not affiliate marketing.

Affiliate marketing and drop shipping are two different things that I am aware of, but they both has to do with marketing. Wether you are marketing your own products or that of another store in other to get your commission. They are similar in the sense that they are both online business, they both has to do with buying and selling in one way or the other. Exit strategy is a well planned way or system to remove oneself from situations that might become difficult in the future. I have someone who switched from drop shipping to affiliate marketing. He first started with drop shipping but he didn't do well. At the moment he is still in affiliate marketing doing pretty well.

The only exit strategy for dropshipping, in my opinion is print on demand. While with dropshipping you sell mass manufactured products, with print on demand you sell your own designed products.
