Challenges in being a life and care coach

One major challenge life coaches have is adapting to the needs of their clients. As humans we all have our various backgrounds and upbringing, for a life coach to fully understand and render his services to the clients they need to be able to adapt to how they reason. In other words life coaches be flexible in nature to succeed in their career part.

I cannot say about other countries but in my home country, the demand for life coach is not very high, therefore, people who are working on this field are not getting regular work
