Social media marketing is basically a free marketing method. However, of you have been doing social media marketing for some time, you might have noticed that it is really difficult to generate sales through free marketing. However, if you start ad campaigns on social sites, you might see that your post will reach more people, there will be better engagements, and thus there will be more sales.
