Like over here there are some schools that will not accept any teacher or caretaker unless they have been through some certain kind of trainings to be better equipped for the job.

Haha, yes that's true, especially if you come across does kind of parent that have a certain way they handle their kids or the child has certain allergies, you need to be extra careful. Which is why professional hands is always needed.
They also charge very high too. There is no management when it comes to taking care of kids.
