Open communication on all levels in an organization or business plays a vital role in the improvement of sales and work conditions of the people. Some employees keep mum on their heartaches about mistreatment of their supervisor or team leader leading them to feel helpless. The head office should initiate a feedback box to know the internal problems of the employees. After getting the feedback, the management must call for a meeting to have open communication and settle the hidden grudges between the heads and the subordinates. The problem continues if there is no open communication and the work will be affected. The management must advise the irrelevant employee in the company to resign.
